تاثیر استفاده از افزودنیهای مختلف بر ترکیب شیمیایی، فراسنجههای تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم سیلاژ کنگر
چکیدهسابقه و هدف: مصرف گیاهان و علوفههای مرتعی و فرآوردههای فرعی کشاورزی با کیفیت پایین در نشخوارکنندگان، به دلیل قابلیت هضم پایین و کمبود مواد مغذی نمیتواند عملکرد حیوان را حفظ کند. از این رو، به نظر یافتن منابع جدید خوراکی که ممکن است پتانسیل استفاده به عنوان خوراک دام را داشته باشند، ضروری میباشد. بنابراین، یک راه جهت کاستن از این کمبودها استفاده از علوفههای در حال رشد مانند کنگر میباشد. کنگر از مهمترین گیاهان مرتعی بوده که میتواند در تغذیه دام استفاده شود. کنگر گیاهی شناخته شده با ارزش تغذیهای بالا بوده و قابلیت انخاب بالایی تسط حیوانات علفخوار دارد. به آب هوای سرد و خشک مقاوم بوده و در برابر تغییرات دمایی بسیار سازگار میباشد. این گیاه با توجه به این خصوصیات در بسیاری از مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک پراکنش داشته و میتواند در تغذی نشخارکنندگان مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد. لذا، هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی تاثیر استفاده از افزودنیهای مختلف بر ترکیب شیمیایی، خصوصیات تخمیری و مولفههای تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم سیلاژ کنگر در شرایط برونتنی بود.مواد و روشها: علوفه کنگر در مرحله گلدهی برداشت و توسط چاپر به قطعات حدود 4-3 سانتیمتری خرد شد. گیاه کنگر جمع-آوری شده در سه تکرار در کیسههای پلاستیکی به صورت دستی فشرده و سیلو شدند. سیلوهای پر شده در دمای اتاق نگهداری و برای مدت 3، 7، 21 و 45 روز سیلو شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) سیلاژ کنگر (شاهد، بدون افزودنی)، 2) سیلاژ کنگر + افزودنی ملاس (5 درصد ماده خشک)، 3) سیلاژ کنگر + افزودنی اسید آلی (10 درصد ماده خشک)، 4) سیلاژ کنگر + افزودنی آرد جو (10 درصد ماده خشک) و 5) سیلاژ کنگر + افزودنی قصیل جو (20 درصد ماده خشک) بودند. بعد از سپری شدن زمان معین سیلو کردن، سیلوها باز و نمونهها با هم مخلوط و در دمای 60 درجه سانتیگراد در آون به مدت 48 ساعت خشک شدند. ترکیب شیمیایی نمونهها با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد تعیین شد. بهمنظور برآورد فراسنجههای تولید گاز، از آزمون تولید گاز استفاده شد. قابلیت هضم برونتنی نمونهها با استفاده از روش کشت بسته تعیین شد. دادهها توسط نرم افزار SAS تجزیه شدند. برای مقایسه میانگینها از آزمون حداقل تفاوت معنیدار (LSD) استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که افزودنیهای مختلف تاثیر معنیداری بر ترکیب شیمیایی سیلاژ کنگر داشت (05/0P<). از این نظر سیلاژ کنگر + آرد جو دارای ماده خشک و ماده آلی بالاتر بود. بین تیمارهای آزمایشی از نظر فراسنجههای تخمیری pH و نیتروژن آمونیاکی نیز اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0P<). از این لحاظ تیمار سیلاژ دارای افزودنی ملاس از pH پایینتری برخوردار بود. از نظر پایداری هوازی سیلاژهای حاوی افزودنی اسید آلی بالاترین (42 ساعت) و سیلاژهای دارای افزودنی قصیل جو پایینترین (5/31 ساعت) پایداری هوازی را داشتند. در بین تیمارها از نظر پارامترهای تولید گاز اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0P<) و تیمار دارای افزودنی آرد جو در روز 3 پس از سیلو، بالاترین مقدار پتانسیل تولید گاز، قابلیت هضم ماده آلی و اسیدهای چرب کوتاه زنجیر را داشت. قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و ماده آلی در میان تیمارهای مختلف معنیدار بود (05/0P<). سیلاژ شاهد روز 7 پس از سیلو دارای بالاترین میزان عامل تفکیک و بازده تولید توده میکروبی بود.نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از افزودنیهای مختلف در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای بر ارزش تغذیهای سیلاژ کنگر داشت.

سابقه و هدف: برر سی میزان شیوع بیماریهای انگلی زئونوز در نشخوارکنندگان بزرگ (گاو) و کوچک (گوسفند و بز)، که درصد قابل قبولی از منابع پروتئینی با منشاء دامی کشور را تامین مینمایند، بسیار حائز اهمیت میباشد و در این میان انگلهای کبدی از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردارند، چرا که میتوانند در طول زمان موجب بروز ضررهای اقتصادی فراوانی گشته و خسارات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم زیادی را به بار آورند. بیماریهای انگلی بدلیل ویژگیهای متفاوت اپیدمیولوژیکی و زیست شناسی، از جمله گسترش وسیع و تنوع پادگنی و دارا بودن مکانیسمهای فوق العاده متنوع و بغرنج در مقابل دستگاه ایمنی مشکلات عدیده ای را جهت پیدایش واکسنهای موثر ایجاد کرده اند و چون بیماریهای انگلی اغلب بصورت مزمن بروز کرده و نشانیهای بالینی آشکاری نشان نمیدهند، کمتر باعث مرگ و میر در گله گردیده و عمدتا در طول زمان موجب بروز ضررهای اقتصادی فراوان می گردند .لذا هدف از انجام این مطالعه، تعیین میزان شیوع انواع آلودگیهای انگلی موجود در کبد (فاسیولا، کیست هیداتید، دیکروسلیوم و سیستی سرکوس) و ریه (کیست هیداتید و استرونژیلوس ها)دامهای کشتار شده در کشتارگاه زیاران استان قزوین میباشد. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی میباشد و با هدف نمونه برداری مقطعی در چهار فصل بهار، تابستان، پاییز و زمستان انجام گردید و در مجموع از 95156 راس دام شامل 54864 راس گوسفند، 22579 راس بز و 17713 راس گاو پس از کشتار، توسط بازرسین بهداشتی دامپزشکی، بازرسی از لاشه به عمل آمد. در طی این مطالعه از کبد و ریه دام های ذبح شده از طریق مشاهده ماکروسکوپی بازرسی به عمل آمد.یافته ها: از مجموع کبد و ریههای بازرسی شده در طول مطالعه، میزان آلودگی به انگلهای کبدی (فاسیولا، کیست هیداتید، دیکروسلیوم و سیستی سرکوس) و انگلهای ریوی (کیست هیداتید و استرونژیلوس ها)، در گوسفند 81/4 درصد ، در بز 92/1 درصد و در گاو 93/1 درصد تشخیص داده شد. که در این میان گوسفند با بیشترین میزان آلودگی به انگل، دارای اختلاف معنیداری نسبت به گاو و بز میباشد (05/0P<). همچنین فراوانی آلودگی به انگلهای کبدی و ریوی در فصل بهار 17/6 درصد، در فصل تابستان 80/7 درصد، در فصل پاییز 77/10 درصد و در فصل زمستان 50/10 درصد تعیین گردید. که بیشترین میزان آلودگی فصلی به انگلهای کبدی و ریوی در بین نشخوارکنندگان، مربوط به فصل پاییز و کمترین مربوط به فصل بهار میباشد. در بررسی کبدهای بازرسی شده، بیشترین میزان آلودگی انگلی مربوط به بیماری دیکروسلیازیس بود که به ترتیب شیوع آن در کبد گوسفند 02/6 درصد، در بز 34/5 درصد و در گاو 78/6 درصد تشخیص داده شد. همچنین در بررسی ریههای بازرسی شده بیشترین ضایعات مربوط به بیماری هیداتیوز (کیست هیداتید) بود که به ترتیب شیوع کیست هیداتیک در ریه گوسفند 51/0 درصد، در بز 52/0 درصد و در گاو 58/0 درصد تشخیص داده شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج بدست آمده نشاندهنده فراوانی نسبی بیماریهای انگلی در نشخوارکنندگان بزرگ و کوچک منطقه میباشد، که به دلیل زئونوز بودن اینگونه بیماریها، بکارگیری روشهای مدیریتی مناسب جهت پیشگیری و یا کنترل بیماری توسط مراجع ذیصلاح بسیار حائز اهمیت میباشد.

فراتحلیل مطالعات پویش ژنومی برای صفت نمره سلولهای بدنی در گاوهای شیری
سابقه و هدف: ورمپستان یک بیماری التهابی در گاوهای شیری است که در پاسخ به قرار گرفتن در محیطی با عوامل عفونی رُخ میدهد. این بیماری التهابی، خسارات اقتصادی فراوانی را بر صنعت گاو شیری وارد میکند. در دهههای اخیر، از امتیازدهی سلولهای بدنی به عنوان روشی غیرمستقیم برای کنترل ورمپستان استفاده شده است. مقاومت در برابر بیماریهای عفونتزا به صورت توانایی پاسخ ایمنی حیوان در جلوگیری از تکثیر عوامل بیماریزا پس از ایجاد عفونت تعریف میشود. مطالعات نشان دادهاند که حیوانات، توانایی ژنتیکی متفاوتی برای ایجاد پاسخ ایمنی در برابر بیماری ورمپستان دارند. مقاومت ژنتیکی به ورمپستان شامل سازوکارهای بیولوژیکی به هم پیوستهای است که در نتیجه تفاوتهای موجود در پاسخ به ورمپستان ایجاد میشود و سطوح مختلف پاسخ ایمنی را فعّال و تنظیم میکند. درک بهتر سیستم ایمنی بدن و مسیرهای متابولیکی درگیر در پاسخ به عوامل مختلف بیماریزا ممکن است به عنوان روشی مکمل برای کنترل بیماری استفاده شود. تحقیقات متعدّدی سازوکارهای ژنتیکی مؤثّر بر امتیازدهی سلولهای سوماتیک را در گاوهای شیری مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار دادهاند. بسیاری از ژنهای کاندیدای مؤثّر بر امتیازدهی سلولهای سوماتیک معرفی شده است، امّا هنوز روابط پیچیدهی بین ژنها و مسیرهای مؤثّر بر آن به طور کامل مشخّص نشده است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، یکپارچهسازی و فراتحلیل نتایج حاصل از تحقیقات اخیر در زمینه مطالعات پویش ژنومی به منظور دستیابی به مجموعهای از ژن-های مهم و مسیرهای غنیشده در ارتباط با بیماری ورمپستان میباشد.مواد و روشها: جستجو برای مجموعه مطالعات پویش ژنومی در گوگل اسکولار با استفاده از کلید واژههای گاوهای شیری، مطالعات پویش ژنومی و امتیازدهی سلولهای بدنی انجام شد. مجموعه ژنهای حاصل در جمعیّتهای مختلفی از نژادهای گاوهای شیری (نژاد هلشتاین و فریزین و گاوهای قرمز رنگ) در 11 مطالعه مستقل از سال 2011 تا 2019 در دسترس بود. تعداد 218 ژن از مطالعات قبلی مطالعات پویش ژنومی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با استفاده از نمودار ون، تعداد ژنهای مشترک در گاوهای شیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس، تمامی ژنهای قابل دسترس با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل با هم ترکیب و ارزیابی شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل هستیشناسی ژنها و مسیرهای KEGG از پلاگین ClueGO v2.5.4 و برای تجسّم ژنها و تعاملات پروتئین - پروتئین از پلاگین CluePedia v1.5.4 در نرمافزار Cytoscape v3.7.2 استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که ژنهای U6، DCK و NPFFR2 به عنوان اصلیترین ژنهای کاندیدا، نقش مهمی در مقابله با عفونت و عوامل بیماریزا در بروز بیماری ورمپستان دارند. فرآیندهای بیولوژیکی، اجزای سلولی، عملکرد مولکولی و مسیرهای مرتبط مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. مهمترین مسیرهای فرآیند بیولوژیکی، اجزای سلولی و عملکرد مولکولی به ترتیب رشد سلولی مزانشیمی (4e-92/3P=)، غشای پلاسمایی آپیکال (3e-83/2P=) و املاح: فعالیّت همزمان کاتیونی (4e-71/3P=) بودند. نتیجهگیری: در مجموع، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که فراتحلیل مبتنی بر ترکیب مطالعات مستقل، مهمترین ژنهای کاندیدا و مسیرهای مقابله با ورمپستان را آشکار مینماید. این اطلاعات پایههای محکمی را برای توسعه درمانهای جدید ورمپستان فراهم می-کند. بنابراین، شناسایی ژنهای مهم و غنیسازی عبارات هستیشناسی ژنها (با توان و صحّت بالا) میتواند نقش مؤثّری در ارزیابی ژنومی و طراحی برنامههای اصلاحنژادی با هدف کنترل ورمپستان در گاوهای شیری داشته باشد

اثرات افزودن تفاله انار به جیره های حاوی منابع مختلف اسید چرب بر مصرف مواد مغذی و رفتار تغذیه ای گاوهای شیرده یک بار زایش هلشتاین
سابقه و هدف: گاوهای یک بار زایش نسبت به چندبار زایش عموما به pH پایین، غلظت بیشتر اسیدهای چرب فرار و ایجاد اسیدوز شکمبهای پس از زایش حساسیت بیشتری دارند که احتمالا به علت تفاوت در الگوی تغذیهای و تنوع در مصرف مواد مغذی میباشد. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی نسبت اسیدهای چرب امگا-6 و امگا-3 در جیره ها با یا بدون پوسته انار به عنوان یک منبع غنی از آنتی اکسیدان، بر مصرف مواد مغذی، رفتار تغذیه ای و جداسازی گاوهای یک بار زایش هلشتاین است. مواد و روشها: گاوهای هلشتاین یک بار زایش (تعداد = 12) به طور تصادفی به یک طرح مربع لاتین با ترتیب فاکتوریل 2×2 از تیمارها تقسیم شدند. هر دوره 28 روز با 21 روز عادت دهی به جیره و 7 روز برای جمع آوری داده و نمونه ها به طول انجامید. جیره (5/1 درصد ماده خشک) حاوی چربی کلسیمی روغن ماهی (CaFO) یا چربی پالم (PAF) همراه با پوسته انار (+PP، 7/8 درصد ماده خشک) یا بدون پوسته انار (–PP) بود. یافتهها: برای گاوهای تیمار PAF، مصرف کربوهیدرات های غیرالیافی و چربی بالاتر از تیمار CaFO بود. همچنین مصرف ماده خشک، انرژی، ماده آلی، پروتئین، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی، کربوهیدرات های غیرالیافی و چربی در گاوهای مصرف کننده جیره های +PP نسبت به گاوهای –PP بالاتر بود. مصرف ذرات باقیمانده بر الک 8 میلی متر، سینی، peNDF8 در گاوهای تیمار +PP نسبت به تیمار –PP بالاتر بود. گاوهای تغذیه شده با تیمار PAF نسبت به CaFO زمان نشخوار کمتری بر اساس دقیقه بر کیلوگرم الیاف شوینده خنثی، peNDF8 و peNDF1.18 مصرفی داشتند. همچنین گاوهای تیمار PAF زمان جویدن کمتری بر اساس دقیقه بر کیلوگرم peNDF8 و peNDF1.18 مصرفی نسبت به تیمار CaFO داشتند. در گاوهای تیمار –PP نسبت به تیمار +PP جداسازی بر علیه قطعات بلند و peNDF1.18 و به نفع ذرات متوسط بیشتر بود. گاوهای تیمار –PP تعداد دفعات مصرف خوراک بیشتر و طول و فاصله هر وعده مصرف خوراک کمتر داشتند. زمان نشخوار و جویدن بر اساس دقیقه بر کیلوگرم peNDF1.18 مصرفی در گاوهای تیمار –PP کمتر از تیمار +PP بود. نتیجهگیری: در شرایط این آزمایش و در گاوهای یک بار زایش، گاوهای مصرف کننده PAF زمان جویدن و نشخوار کمتری بر اساس دقیقه بر کیلوگرم peNDF مصرفی نسبت به تیمار CaFO داشت اما رفتار جداسازی و الگوی خوردن تحت تاثیر قرار نگرفت. افزودن پوسته انار باعث افزایش مصرف مواد مغذی، کاهش جداسازی بر علیه قطعات بلند و الیاف جیره، و همچنین کاهش تعداد وعدهها و افزایش مدت زمان هر وعده مصرف خوراک گردید.

اثر جیره دارای زئولیت غنی شده با مکمل معدنی-ویتامینی بر تولید شیر، غلظت کلسیم خون و ناهنجاریهای تولیدمثلیگاوهای تازهزای تحت تنشگرمایی
سابقه و هدف: بکارگیری جیرههای کمکلسیم در سطح مزرعه برای کاهش ابتلای گاوها به تب شیر با مشکلاتی همراه است. سطح کلسیم جیره باید از طریق محدودیتهای کمی و کیفی کاهش یابد که بر تولید و سلامتی گاوها اثر منفی دارد. نمکهای آنیونیک نیز گران قیمت بوده، نیاز به مصرف طولانی مدت داشته و ایجاد مخلوط همگن و کنترل مصرف آنها مشکل است. علاوه بر آن افزودن این نمکها به جیره گاوها باعث کاهش خوشخوراکی، کاهش مصرف ماده خشک، افزایش توازن منفی انرژی و افزایش غلظت اسیدهای چرب غیر استریفه پلاسما میگردد. تقسیمبندی گاوها برای استفاده از یک جیره خاص نیز کار سخت و پرهزینهای است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، هدف این تحقیق معرفی یک روش با مزایای بیشتر به منظور محدود کردن دسترسی کلسیم در دوره انتظار زایمان گاوها و بررسی تاثیر آن بر تولید شیر، غلظت پلاسمایی کلسیم و ناهنجاریهای تولیدمثلی گاوهای تازهزا در شرایط گرمای تابستان بود.مواد و روشها: تعداد 60 راس گاو انتظار زایمان در 3 گروه آزمایشی در قالب طرح آماری کاملاَ تصادفی با مشاهدات تکراری در واحد زمان با لحاظ اثر دام و شکم زایش استفاده شدند. زمان آزمایش فصل تابستان و مدت عادت پذیری به جیره 15 روز و دوره آزمایش 45 روز از 15- تا 30+ روز بعد زایش گاوها بود. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل: 1) شاهد با کلسیم پایین (44/0%Ca=)، 2) آنیونیک با کلسیم معمولی(1%Ca=)، 3) شاهد+ زئولیت غنی شده بودند. از هفته دوم بعد زایش گاوها با یک جیره معمولی اوایل شیردهی تغذیه شدند. اختلاف کاتیون-آنیون جیرهها به ترتیب 100+ ، 100- و 100+ میلیاکیوالانگرم بر کیلوگرم و میزان مصرف نمک آنیونیک و مکمل زئولیت در جیرههای 2 و 3 به ترتیب برابر 8/2 و 5/1 درصد ماده خشک جیره بود. صفات مورد اندازهگیری شامل تولید و ترکیب شیر، غلظت کلسیم تام و یونیزه پلاسما، امتیاز وضعیت بدنی و فراوانی برخی اختلالات تولید مثلی بعد زایمان بودند.یافتهها: مصرف ماده خشک و انرژی در بین تیمارها تفاوت معنیداری نشان داد (01/0P≤). درصد چربی شیر در جیره دارای زئولیت بیشتر از بقیه (01/0P≤)، و میزان تولید شیر خام و تصحیح شده جیره آنیونیک بیشتر از دو جیره دیگر بود . غلظت پلاسمایی کلسیم کل و کلسیم یونیزه در جیره زئولیت در زمان زایمان با جیرههای کمکلسیم و آنیونیک مشابه و در ساعات 6، 12 و 24 بعد از زایمان با تفاوت معنیدار بالاتر بود (01/0P≤). فراوانی هیپوکلسیمی در گاوهای مسن و در جیره شاهد بیشتر، امّا در جیره زئولیت کمتر بود (01/0P≤). بیشترین امتیاز وضعیت بدنی بعد زایش (98/2) برای جیره دارای زئولیت و کمترین (86/2) برای جیره شاهد بود (01/0P≤). فراوانی اختلالات تولیدمثلی بعد زایمان شامل سختزایی، جفت ماندگی، متریت و جابجایی شیردان در گاوهای مسن بیشتر و در جیرههای زئولیت و آنیونیک کمتر از شاهد بود، همچنین بیشترین موارد حاملگی موفق و کمترین موارد حذف گاو از گله در جیرههای یاد شده مشاهده شد (01/0P≤).نتیجهگیری: نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که مصرف ماده خشک و انرژی در جیره دارای زئولیت نسبت به جیره شاهد و آنیونیک بهبود یافت و غلظت پلاسمایی کلسیم کل و کلسیم یونیزه آن نیز در زمان زایمان مناسب و بعد از آن بیشتر بود. این امر باعث کنترل بهتر هیپوکلسیمی و تب شیردر گله با اثر مثبت بر تولید شیر و سلامتی گاوها شد. همچنین امتیاز وضعیت بدنی آنها را بهبود و فراوانی اختلالات تولیدمثلی آنها را کاهش داد. بنابراین به نظر میرسد جیره دارای زئولیت جایگزین مناسبی برای جیرههای رایج باشد.

سابقه و هدف: عنصر روی در تنظیم بسیاری از فرآیندهای متابولیکی بدن نقش دارد و کمبود آن میتواند سبب کاهش اشتها و به تبع آن، کاهش مصرف خوراک شود. همچنین، کمبود عنصر روی، رشد و وزنگیری حیوان را کاهش میدهد. نیاز روزانه گوسالههای شیرخوار به عنصر روی در حدود 33 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک جیره است. در حالیکه غلظت این عنصر در شیر گاو، بسیار کم و در حدود 5-3 میلیگرم در هر کیلوگرم شیر میباشد. لذا به نظر میرسد که استفاده از مکمل روی در جیره ممکن است سبب بهبود عملکرد گوسالههای شیرخوار شود. بر این اساس، این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف عنصر روی بر عملکرد و برخی فراسنجههای خونی و شکمبه-ای در گوسالههای شیرخوار نژاد هلشتاین انجام شد.مواد و روشها: این پژوهش با استفاده از 18 رأس گوساله تازه متولد شده هلشتاین، از سن 4 روزگی تا از شیرگیری (70 روزگی) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل گروه شاهد (جیره پایه)، تیمار 2 (جیره پایه به اضافه مقدار 30 میلیگرم عنصر روی در هر کیلوگرم از ماده خشک جیره به صورت سولفات روی) و تیمار 3 (جیره پایه به اضافه مقدار 60 میلیگرم عنصر روی در هر کیلوگرم از ماده خشک جیره به صورت سولفات روی) بودند. گوسالهها در داخل باکسهای انفرادی با کف سیمانی قرار داشتند و در طول دوره آزمایش، روزانه دو وعده شیر در ساعات 8:00 و 19:00 دریافت میکردند. استارتر پلت شده و آب تازه نیز بهصورت آزاد در اختیار گوسالهها قرار داشت. از روز 15 آزمایش مقدار 5 درصد کاه گندم خرد شده و 5 درصد یونجه خرد شده به ترکیب استارتر اضافه شد. مقدار ماده خشک مصرفی به صورت روزانه و تغییرات وزن گوسالهها هر دو هفته یکبار ثبت شد. در روز آخر آزمایش (70 روزگی) قبل از وعده غذایی صبح، از گوسالهها از طریق سیاهرگ وداج خونگیری شد تا غلظت عناصر معدنی سرم خون (روی، کلسیم، فسفر، آهن و مس) و نیز فراسنجههای هماتولوژی خون (غلظت هموگلوبین، تعداد گلبولهای قرمز، تعداد گلبولهای سفید و درصد هماتوکریت) اندازهگیری شود. همچنین، در روز پایانی آزمایش، 3 ساعت بعد از خوراکدهی صبح، از گوسالهها (با استفاده از لوله مری و پمپ خلاء) مایع شکمبه گرفته شد تا غلظت اسیدهای چرب فرار شکمبه تعیین شود.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد استفاده از سطوح مختلف عنصر روی، اثر معنیداری بر ضریب تبدیل غذایی در گوسالهها در زمان از شیرگیری نداشت. اما افزایش وزن روزانه در تیمارهای 30 میلیگرم و 60 میلیگرم روی (به ترتیب 29/724 و 00/765 گرم در روز) به طور معنی-داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (به ترتیب 29/628 و 83/1532 گرم در روز) بود. همچنین، ماده خشک مصرفی روزانه در تیمار 60 میلیگرم روی (41/1692 گرم در روز)، به طور معنیداری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (به ترتیب 29/628 و 83/1532 گرم در روز) بود. مصرف مکمل روی سبب افزایش معنیدار غلظت عنصر روی در سرم خون گوسالهها در تیمارهای 30 میلیگرم و 60 میلیگرم روی (به ترتیب 184/1 و 168/1 میلیگرم بر لیتر) شد. هیچ تفاوت معنیداری بین غلظت سایر عناصر معدنی خون (کلسیم، فسفر، آهن و مس) در بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. همچنین، مصرف مکمل روی اثر معنیداری بر فراسنجههای هماتولوژی خون نداشت. غلظت کل اسیدهای چرب فرار، اسید استیک، اسید پروپیونیک، اسید بوتریک و نسبت اسید استیک به اسید پروپیونیک در شکمبه نیز تحت تأثیر مصرف مکمل روی قرار نگرفت. نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی، نتایج نشان داد، استفاده از جیره پایه حاوی 68/29 میلیگرم عنصر روی در هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک، برای تأمین نیاز گوسالههای شیرخوار هلشتاین کافی بود. استفاده از مکمل روی سبب افزایش وزن روزانه آنها شد.

تاثیر پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیورماکروویو شده بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجههای شکمبه، تولید پروتئین میکروبی و ابقا نیتروژن در برههای پرواری دالاق
هدف: استفاده از منابع خوراکی مرسوم در جیره دام سبب شده است که علاوه بر افزایش تقاضا و افزایش قیمت دلیلی برای واردات آن شود. از طرف دیگر، استفاده از بقایای صنایع غذایی و عملآوری آنها میتواند منابع قابل اعتمادی از مواد مغذی را در جیره دام تامین نماید. از این رو این آزمایش به منظور بررسی عملآوری امواج الکترومغناطیس ماکروویو بر پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور نوع مرسوم (تجاری) بر رشد، فراسنجههای شکمبه، تولید پروتئین میکروبی و ابقا نیتروژن در برههای پرواری انجام شد. مواد و روشها: تعداد 15 راس بره نر آمیخته دالاق با میانگین وزن 7/2±3/29 در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 3 تیمار غذایی و 5 تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل: 1- کنجاله سویا، 2- پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور، 3- پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور ماکروویو شده بودند. آزمایش 14 روز دوره عادات پذیری و برنامههای بهداشتی و 70 روز دوره پروار که هر 14 روز وزن کشی بوده است. خوراک دهی درساعات ساعت 7:00 و 19:00 انجام شد. مصرف خوراک روزانه، وزن اولیه، وزن نهایی اندازهکیری و ثبت گردید. اندازهگیری پروتئین میکروبی تولید شده در شکمبه از طریق تخمین مشتقات پورینی دفع شده بواسطه جمع آوری ادرار محاسبه گردید. در روز پایانی آزمایش سه ساعت بعد از خوراک دهی صبح با استفاده از لوله معدی و پمپ خلا مایع شکمبه گرفته شد. سپس از آن برای شمارش جمعیت باکتری و پروتوزوا، تعیین غلظت اسید های چرب فرار، تعیین غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی و pH مایع شکمبه استفاده گردید.یافتهها: پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور ماکروویو شده در جیره بجای کنجاله سویا تفاوت معنیداری بر مقدار مصرف ماده خشک نداشته است. افزایش وزن روزانه و افزایش وزن کل دوره در تیمار پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور ماکروویو شده در مقابل تیمار بدون فراوری به ترتیب برابر 324/0 و 7/22 کیلوگرم در مقابل 277/0 و 4/19 کیلوگرم دارای تفاوت معنیداری و بهبود صفات بوده است (05/0P<). همجنین ضریب تبدیل و کارایی خوراک بین تیمار 3 و 2 به ترتیب برابر 446/7، 135/0 و 455/8، 119/0 است که اختلاف معنیدار در سطح 07/0P< و 08/0P< مشاهده گردید. بیشترین جمعیت باکتریها (109×8/28 میلیلیتر) در تیمار کنجاله سویا مشاهده گردید که تفاوت معنی دار با سایر تیمارها داشت (05/0P<). اختلاف معنیدار بین تیمارها در جمعیت پروتوزوا دیده نشد. pH مایع شکمبه بین تیمار 1و 3 بترتیب 73/6 و 79/5 بوده است (05/0P<). غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی مایع شکمبه ببن تیمارها تفاوت معنیدار نداشته است. درصد استات، پروپیونات و نسبت استات به پروپیونات در تیمار پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور فرآوری شده به ترتیب یرابر 8/65، 8/18 و 5/3 بودکه برای صفات فوق نسبت به سایر تیمارها به ترتیب کمترین، بیشترین و کمترین می باشد و تفاوت معنی دار بوده است (05/0P<). اختلاف معنی داری در بین تیمارها در ساخت پروتئین میکروبی مشاهده نگردید. ابقا ظاهری نیتروژن در تیمار مایکروویو شده 129/27 گرم در روز بوده که اختلاف معنیدار با سایر تیمارها نداشته است و برای تیمار کنجاله سویا و تیمار پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور نوع مرسوم بترتیب کمترین (861/24 گرم در روز) و بیشترین (148/32 گرم در روز) بود(06/0>.(Pنتیجهگیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که تاثیر فراوری پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور از طریق مایکروویو بر صفات عملکرد رشد، بهتر از نوع بدون فراوری بوده است. جایگزینی پودر ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور نوع مرسوم (تجاری) و نوع فراوری شده با مایکروویو با کنجاله سویا بر صفات عملکرد رشد اختلاف معنیدار نداشته است. همچنین جایگزینی ضایعات کشتارگاهی طیور نوع مرسوم (تجاری) و نوع ماکروویو شده با کنجاله سویا در جیره برههای پروار بدون ایجاد شرایط نامطلوب بر فراسنجههای شکمبهای و ابقا ظاهری نیتروژن می تواند تا 10 درصد ماده خشک جیره، جایگزین کنجاله سویا شود و سبب کاهش تقاضا برای کنجاله سویا و کاهش واردات گردد.

تعیین کارایی و عوامل موثر بر آن در گاوداریهای استان کردستان با رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده ها و رگرسیون توبیت
چکیدهسابقه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای مهم اقتصادی در فرآیند تولید محصولات کشاورزی، شاخص کارایی میباشد. با توجه به افزایش روز افزون رقابت و پیچیده شدن روابط اقتصادی بین واحدهای تولیدی، امروزه اندازهگیری کارایی تولید بخصوص در واحدهای دامی درجهت ایجاد برنامهریزیهای لازم و اتخاذ تصمیمهای بهینه در فرآیند مدیریت اینگونه واحدها از اهمیت شایانی برخوردار میباشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کاراییهای فنی، تخصیصی و اقتصادی و تعیین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آنها در گاوداریهای صنعتی استان کردستان انجام شده است.مواد و روشها: دادههای این پژوهش مربوط به سال 1398 بوده که جمعآوری آمار و اطلاعات آن با روش مطالعه اسنادی، مصاحبه حضوری انجام شده است. در این تحقیق جهت تجزیه و تحلیلهای مربوط به کارایی و مشخص نمودن عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آنها از نرم افزارهای Deap 2.1 و Eviews 9 استفاده شد. برای طراحی مدل تحلیل پوششی دادهها، متغیرهای اصلی مورد استفاده در تحقیق شامل، اندازه گله، خوراک و کنسانتره، نیروی انسانی، بهداشت، تولید شیر و تولید کود دامی و مجموع درآمدهای مختلف تعیین گردید. کارایی گاوداریهای صنعتی در چارچوب کارایی فنی با بازده ثابت به مقیاس، کارایی فنی با بازده متغیر به مقیاس، کارایی مقیاس، کارایی تخصیصی و کارایی اقتصادی بررسی گردید. محاسبات کارایی با فرض حداقل نمودن هزینههای تولید در قالب عملکرد گاوداریهای صنعتی استان کردستان انجام و نتایج به صورت سالانه حاصل شد. جهت تعیین عوامل موثر بر مقدار کاراییهای بدست آمده از آنالیز رگرسیون توبیت و آماره والد استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که کارایی فنی با بازده ثابت نسبت به مقیاس 814/0 و با بازده متغیر نسبت به مقیاس 943/0 میباشد. کارایی مقیاس این واحدهای دامپروری 859/0 محاسبه شد که در آن 22 واحد پرورش گاو شیری با بازده افزابشی نسبت به مقیاس و 2 واحد آن با بازده کاهشی نسبت به مقیاس گزارش گردید. مقدار کارایی فنی در حالت کلی 824/0، کارایی تخصیصی 818/0 و کارایی اقتصادی 680/0 محاسبه شد. در ارزیابی کلی، کارایی تولید شیر در شهرستان بیجار بیشترین و در شهرستان قروه کمترین مقدار را در بین دیگر شهرستانهای این استان به خود اختصاص دادند. کاهش سن مدیران و افزایش نیروی انسانی خانوار در کارایی فنی و همچنین کاهش سن و افزایش سرمایههای ثابت و جاری در کارایی اقتصادی از تاثیرگذاری مثبت و معنیداری برخوردار بود. نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی در استان کردستان از نظر کارایی فنی 34%، کارایی تخصیصی 14% و کارایی اقتصادی 24% ، واحدهای پرورش گاو شیری در سطح کارا فعالیت داشته و بقیه واحدها ناکارا میباشند. با توجه به شرایط گاوداریها و وضعیت موجود اقتصاد ایران در کوتاه مدت بهتر است واحدهای دامداری اندازه گله خود را با فروش دامهای شیری مسن و تلیسههای نژاد بومی کاهش داده و در تامین و تخصیص نهادههای تولیدی بصورت بهینه بازنگریهای لازم را انجام دهند.
