اثر جایگزینی دانه ذرت ورقه شده با بخار با تفاله چغندرقند پرک و سطح تغذیه جایگزین شیر بر شاخصهای سلامت گوسالههای شیرخوار هلشتاین
سابقه و هدف: در پرورش گوساله، رشد و سلامت گوسالهها در دورهی شیرخوارگی بسیار مهم است، زیرا عملکرد و سلامت آینده گوساله و بهرهوری گله را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. استفاده از منابع الیافی با گوارشپذیری زیاد در جیرهی آغازین به رشد و تکامل مناسب شکمبه، سلامت و کاهش شیوع اسهال گوساله کمک میکند. این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه اثر جایگزینی دانهی ذرت با تفالهی چغندرقند در جیرهی آغازین همراه با افزایش سطح تغذیه جایگزینشیر بر وضعیت سلامت گوسالههای هلشتاین در دورهی پیش از شیرگیری انجام شد.مواد و روشها: این آزمایش در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 2 × 2 با دو جیرهی آزمایشی دارای دانهی ذرت ورقه شده و تفالهی چغندرقند پرک و دو سطح تغذیه (کم = 4 لیتر در روز و زیاد = 8 لیتر در روز) جایگزینشیر، انجام شد. تعداد 48 رأس گوسالهی نوزاد از روز سوم تولد با میانگین وزن 84/0 ± 1/40 کیلوگرم به چهار گروه آزمایشی اختصاص داده شدند. گروههای آزمایشی شامل 1- جیره آغازین دارای دانهی ذرت ورقه شده و سطح کم جایگزینشیر، 2- جیره آغازین دارای دانهی ذرت ورقه شده و سطح زیاد جایگزینشیر، 3- جیره آغازین دارای تفالهی چغندرقند پرک و سطح کم جایگزینشیر و 4- جیره آغازین دارای تفالهی چغندرقند پرک و سطح زیاد جایگزینشیر بودند. دمای راست روده به صورت روزانه اندازهگیری شد. نمره مدفوع و ظاهر عمومی گوسالهها بهصورت روزانه ارزیابی شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد شانس وقوع پنومونی در گوسالههایی که با جیره دارای تفالهی چغندرقند پرک تغذیه شدند در مقایسه با گوسالههایی که با جیره دارای دانه ذرت ورقه شده تغذیه شدند کمتر (001/0 = P)، اما شانس وقوع اسهال بیشتر (001/0 = P) بود. افزایش سطح تغذیه جایگزینشیر تأثیری بر وقوع اسهال نداشت، اما گوسالههایی که با سطح زیاد جایگزینشیر تغذیه شدند در مقایسه با گوسالههایی که با سطح کم جایگزینشیر تغذیه شدند شانس بیشتری برای وقوع پنومونی داشتند (001/0 = P). میان گروههای آزمایشی برای ظاهر عمومی 2 و بیشتر، شمار دفعات و مدت ابتلاء به اسهال و پنومونی تفاوتی مشاهده نشد، اما گوسالههای تغذیه شده با جیره آغازین دارای تفالهی چغندرقند پرک و سطح کم جایگزینشیر در مقایسه با گوسالههای سه گروه دیگر روزهای کمتری را با دمای زیاد راست روده تجربه کردند.نتیجه گیری: در مجموع تغذیه گوسالهها با جیره دارای تفاله چغندرقند پرک بهدلیل وقوع بیشتر اسهال و طول مدت آن، هزینه درمان بیشتر پنومونی و ظاهر عمومی کمتر عملکرد کمتری نسبت به تغذیه گوسالهها با جیره دارای دانه ذرت ورقه شده داشت. همچنین، سطح تغذیه جایگزینشیر تأثیری بر وقوع اسهال نداشت.

اثر مصرف سطوح مختلف مکمل سینبیوتیک بایومین ایمبو در جیره بر عمکرد رشد، قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی و برخی فراسنجههای خونی برههای پرواری زل
سابقه و هدف: در سالهای اخیر بسیاری از کشورها و سازمانهای نظارتی از جمله اتحادیه اروپا استفاده از آنتیبیوتیکها و محرکهای رشد را در تغذیه دام ممنوع کردند، از این رو، یافتن جایگزین مناسب برای این ترکیبات در تغذیه دام بهویژه دامهای پرواری ضروری به نظر میرسد. مکملهای سینبیوتیکی (مخلوطی از پروبیوتیکها و پریبیوتیکها) با اثر کنشافزایی باعث کاهش جمعیت میکروبهای بیماریزای دستگاه گوارش و بهبود عملکرد حیوان میزبان میشوند. مکملهای پروبیوتیک، پریبیوتیک و سینبیوتیک میتوانند گزینههای قابل بحثی برای جایگزینی با آنتیبیوتیکها و محرکهای رشد باشند. با توجه اثرات موثر این افزودنیهای مفید روی عملکرد رشد دامهای پرواری، این پژوهش برای بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف مکمل سینبیوتیک بایومین ایمبو در جیره بر عمکرد رشد، قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی و برخی فراسنجههای خونی برههای پرواری انجام شد. مواد و روشها: برای انجام این پژوهش تعداد 24 رأس بره پرواری آمیخته زل با میانگین سن 55/0±5 ماه و میانگین وزن اولیه 2±26 کیلوگرم در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی به مدت 90 روز مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تیمار شاهد (بدون افزودن مکمل سینبیوتیک) و تیمارهای حاوی 2، 4 و 6 گرم مکمل سینبیوتیک به ازای هر رأس بره در جیره مصرفی روزانه بودند. مکمل سینبیوتیک مورد استفاده بایومین ایمبو که شامل باکتری انتروکوکوس فاسیوم و فروکتوالیگوساکارید و عصاره جلبک دریایی بود. خوراک روزانه به صورت جیره کاملاً مخلوط در دو نوبت اختیار دامها قرار گرفت و مقدار مصرف ثبت شد. وزنکشی هر 14 روز با رعایت 12 ساعت محرومیت از خوراک و آب انجام شد. اندازهگیری قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی در روزهای پایانی آزمایش و نیز بررسی صفات لاشه و فراسنجههای خونی در روز 90 آزمایش انجام شد.یافتهها: نتایج عملکرد رشد برههای آزمایشی نشان داد که تفاوت آماری معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی در افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی وجود داشت (05/0>P). افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار حاوی 6 گرم مکمل سینبیوتیک به طور معنیداری بهبود یافت. نتایج قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی جیرههای آزمایشی نشان داد که تفاوت آماری معنیداری در ماده خشک، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و اسیدی بین تیمارهای آزمایشی در وجود داشت (05/0>P). تیمار حاوی 4 گرم مکمل سینبیوتیک دارای بیشترین قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده خشک و تیمار حاوی 6 گرم مکمل سینبیوتیک دارای بالاترین قابلیت هضم ظاهری الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و اسیدی بودند. نتایج صفات لاشه برههای آزمایشی در پایان آزمایش نشان داد که تفاوت آماری معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی وجود نداشت. نتایج برخی فراسنجههای خونی در پایان آزمایش نشان داد که تفاوت آماری معنیداری در سطوح گلوکز و نیتروژن اوره خون بین تیمارهای آزمایشی وجود داشت (05/0>P). تیمار حاوی 4 گرم مکمل سینبیوتیک به ترتیب دارای بیشترین سطح گلوکز خون و تیمار شاهد دارای بیشترین سطح نیتروژن اوره خون بودند.نتیجهگیری: نتیجه کلی تحقیق نشان داد که افزودن مکمل سینبیوتیک بایومین ایمبو در سطح 6 گرم در جیره سبب بهبود افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی شد. همچنین بهبود در قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده خشک، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و اسیدی با مصرف سطوح 4 و 6 گرم مکمل سینبیوتیک بایومین ایمبو مشاهده شد.

تغذیه سیلاژ تفاله پونه با سطوح مختلف خرمای ضایعاتی بر قابلیت هضم، سنتز پروتیین میکروبی و فراسنجههای شکمبه ای و خونی گوسفندان نر بالغ کرمانی
سابقه و هدف: استفاده از فرآوردههای فرعی و مواد دور ریختنی محصولات کشاورزی و صنایع فرآوری آنها بهدلیل داشتن مقادیر قابل توجهی از مواد مغذی و با ارزش پروتیینی و انرژی زایی در تهیه غذای دام میسر میباشد. سالانه حدود 950 تن تفاله پونه در ایران تولید میشود که اگر این تفاله بهخوبی خشک شود بهدلیل دارا بودن ارزش غذایی، میتوان از آن در تغذیه دام استفاده کرد. ولی با توجه به اینکه رطوبت یک عامل محدودکننده جهت نگهداری محسوب میشود، سیلو کردن میتواند این محدودیت را از بین ببرد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، تعیین ترکیب شیمیایی تفاله سیلو شده پونه با خرمای ضایعاتی و بررسی اثر تغذیه سیلاژ بر ماده خشک مصرفی، تولید پروتیین میکروبی و فراسنجههای خون بود. مواد و روشها: 400 کیلوگرم تفاله پونه با 30 کیلوگرم خرمای ضایعاتی در سطوح صفر (شاهد)، پنج، 10 و 15 درصد ماده خشک با هم مخلوط و بهمدت 45 روز سیلو شد. پس از تعیین ترکیب شیمیایی و ارزیابی حسی سیلاژها، به میزان 20 درصد از آنها در جیرههای آزمایشی استفاده شد. پس از تهیه جیرههای آزمایشی، فراسنجههای مورد نظر با استفاده از چهار راس گوسفند نر بالغ کرمانی با میانگین وزن زنده 2±40 کیلوگرم در قالب طرح چرخشی در چهار دوره 21 روزه بررسی شد. از مایع شکمبه هر گوسفند در پنج روز آخر هر دوره توسط لوله مری متصل به دستگاه ساکشن، جهت تعیین pH و نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه، نمونهگیری بهعمل آمد. در آخرین روز هر دوره و در چهار ساعت پس از مصرف خوراک، خونگیری از گوسفندان از طریق ورید وداج انجام گرفت. جهت تعیین میزان آلانتوئین و پروتیین میکروبی، میزان ادرار تولیدی در روزهای نمونهگیری در طول 24 ساعت با ظرفهایی که در زیر قفسهای متابولیکی قرار داشت، جمعآوری شد.یافتهها: با توجه به ارزیابی حسی، سیلاژهای پونه دارای خرما با نمره 20 رتبه بسیار خوب را بهخود اختصاص دادند. افزودن خرما ضایعاتی به سیلاژ تفاله پونه موجب افزایش میزان ماده خشک و چربی سیلاژ شد (05/0>P). مصرف ماده خشک و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی جیرهها تحت تاثیر سیلاژ تفاله پونه با سطوح مختلف خرمای ضایعاتی قرار نگرفت. تغذیه سیلاژهای مختلف بر نیتروژن مصرفی، نیتروژن دفعی از طریق ادرار و مدفوع و درصد ابقاء نیتروژن در گوسفندان بیتاثیر بود. کل مشتقات پورینی و در نتیجه آن سنتز پروتیین میکروبی در گوسفندان، تحت تاثیر نوع سیلاژ تفاله پونه قرار نگرفت. با افزایش سطح خرمای ضایعاتی در تهیه سیلاژ تفاله پونه، سطح کلسترول و آلبومین خون دامها بهصورت خطی افزایش یافت (05/0>P). نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج بهدست آمده، میتوان گزارش کرد که سیلو کردن تفاله پونه با خرمای ضایعاتی سبب افزایش کیفیت سیلاژ شده، اما با توجه به عدم تفاوت معنیدار در فراسنجههای اندازهگیری شده، میتوان از سیلاژ تفاله پونه بدون افزودنی و یا با خرمای ضایعاتی به میزان 20 درصد در جیره گوسفندان استفاده کرد.

اثر مکمل سازی جیره با سلنیوم و کروم آلی بر کیفیت منی قوچ های نژاد مهربان هنگام نگهداری بهصورت مایع در دمای 4 سانتی گراد
سابقه و هدف:. پژوهشهای پیشین نشان دادهاند که افزودن ویتامینها و عناصر معدنی به جیره، قابلیت نگهداری منی حیوانات را هنگام ذخیرهسازی سرد به صورت مایع و یا منجمد افزایش میدهد. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر افزودن سلنیوم و کروم آلی به جیره غذایی قوچهای نژاد مهربان بر کیفیت منی هنگام نگهداری در دمای 4 سانتیگراد بود. مواد و روشها: در فصل تولیدمثلی، تعداد 16رأس قوچ نژاد مهربان با دامنه سنی 2 تا 4 سال و میانگین وزن زنده 44/10±75/69 کیلوگرم به چهار گروه چهارتایی تقسیم و با یک جیره پایه که دارای 70درصد علوفه و 30درصد کنسانتره بود تغذیه شدند. طرح آزمایشی بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی بود. آزمایش بهمدت 60روز بهطول انجامید. عاملها شامل: دو سطح سلنیوم (صفر و600میکروگرم سلنیوم بهشکل سلنیوم-مخمر در روز به ازای هر راس قوچ)، دو سطح کروم (صفر و1000میکروگرم کروم به-شکل کروم-متیونین در روز به ازای هر راس قوچ) و4 سطح زمان (صفر، 24، 48و 72 ساعت پس از ذخیرهسازی اسپرم) بودند. کروم به کمک پوکههای کپسول خوراکی و سلنیوم پس از حل کردن در آب مقطر، به کمک مایعخوران به قوچها خورانده شد. در سه هفته پایانی آزمایش، از قوچها سه بار اسپرمگیری شد. نمونههای منی پس از اسپرمگیری، با رقیق کننده بر پایه تریس-زرده تخممرغ رقیقسازی و به درون یخچال با دمای4 سانتیگراد منتقل و بهمدت 72 ساعت نگهداری شد. درصد زندهمانی، سلامت غشا، ریختشناسی غیرطبیعی و برخی از فراسنجههای حرکتی اسپرمها به وسیله سامانه تحلیلگر رایانهای منی (کاسا) در زمانهای صفر، 24، 48و 72 ساعت پس از ذخیرهسازی، تعیین گردید.یافتهها: اثر کروم، زمان و اثر متقابل آنها و همچنین اثر متقابل سلنیوم×کروم، اثر متقابل سلنیوم×کروم×زمان بر زندهمانی و سلامت غشاء اسپرمها معنیدار بود (05/0>P). اثر سلنیوم و اثر متقابل سلنیوم×زمان بر زندهمانی معنیدار نبود (05/0< p) اما اثر کروم، سلنیوم و زمان و همچنین اثر متقابل آنها بر سلامت غشاء اسپرمها معنیدار بود (05/0>P). میزان زندهمانی با گذشت زمان بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت (05/0>P) و اسپرم قوچهای دریافت کننده جیره حاوی1000 میکروگرم کروم پس از 48 و 72 ساعت ذخیرهسازی در دمای4 سانتیگراد، میزان زندهمانی بیشتری نسبت به جیره بدون کروم داشت (05/0>P). همچنین میزان زندهمانی اسپرم قوچهای دریافت کننده جیره حاوی سلنیوم پس از 48 ساعت ذخیرهسازی، نسبت به جیره بدون سلنیوم بیشتر بود (05/0>P). افزودن کروم به جیره حاوی سلنیوم باعث افزایش معنیدار میزان زندهمانی پس از 48 و 72 ساعت ذخیرهسازی شد (05/0>P). میزان سلامت غشاء با گذشت زمان بهطور معنیداری کاهش -یافت (05/0>P)و میزان سلامت غشاء اسپرم قوچهای دریافت کننده جیره حاوی کروم و سلنیوم پس از 24و 48 ساعت ذخیرهسازی در دمای 4 سانتیگراد نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (05/0>P). اثر کروم، سلنیوم و همچنین اثر متقابل آنها برای فراسنجههای تعیین شده توسط کاسا معنیدار نبود (05/0< p). اثر متقابل سلنیوم و کروم برای ریختشناسی غیرطبیعی معنیدار بود (05/0>P) اما اثر کروم، سلنیوم و زمان و اثر متقابل آنها برای این صفت معنیدار نبود (05/0< p). میزان جنبایی کل، سرعت در مسیر منحنی، سرعت در مسیر مستقیم، سرعت در مسیر میانگین در طول مدت ذخیرهسازی اسپرم کاهش یافت (05/0>P)و افزودن کروم و سلنیوم به جیره تغییری در این فراسنجهها هنگام ذخیرهسازی ایجاد نکرد. میزان جنبایی پیشرونده، ریختشناسی غیرطبیعی، معیار مستقیمالخط بودن حرکت تحت تاثیر زمان، سلنیوم و کروم قرار نگرفت (05/0< p). نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی افزودن سلنیوم و کروم آلی به جیره قوچها منجر به افزایش قابلیت زندهمانی و سلامت غشاء پلاسمایی اسپرمها در طول مدت نگهداری بهصورت سرد میشود. افزودن کروم و سلنیوم به جیره تغییری در فراسنجههای تعیین شده توسط کاسا هنگام ذخیره-سازی مایع منی ایجاد نکرد. بنابراین ممکن است استفاده از سلنیوم و کروم آلی در جیره قوچها قابلیت نگهداری اسپرم برای تلقیح مصنوعی را افزایش دهد.

اثر اسانس اسطوخودوس و مرزنجوش بر باکتریهای مهم عامل ورم پستان در آزمایشگاه
سابقه و هدف: درمان بیماریهای باکتریایی توسط آنتیبیوتیکها مشکلاتی نظیر مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی و عوارض جانبی دارد و اسانسهای گیاهان دارویی با توجه به داشتن اثر ضدباکتریایی جایگزین مناسبی برای آنتیبیوتیکها هستند. اسطوخودوس (Lavandula stoechas) و مرزنجوش (Origanum majorana) دو گیاه از خانواده نعناعیان هستند که اثرات ضدباکتریایی علیه بعضی باکتریها نشان دادهاند باکتریهای اشریشیاکلی، استافیلوکوک آرئوس و استرپتوکوک آگالاکتیه از عوامل اصلی بیماری ورم پستان گاو هستند لذا این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی اثر ضدباکتریایی اسانس اسطوخودوس و مرزنجوش بر این باکتریها و مقایسه با آنتیبیوتیکهای جنتامایسین و آموکسیسیلین/کلاولونات انجام شد.مواد و روشها: اسانسها به روش گازکروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف نگار جرمی آنالیز شدند. رقت سازی لولهای به روش ماکرودایلوشن برای تعیین حداقل غلظت مهاری و حداقل غلظت کشندگی اسطوخودوس و مزنجوش و آنتیبیوتیک لینکواسپکتینومایسین بهعنوان کنترل مثبت و اندازهگیری قطر هاله عدم رشد اسانسها و آنتیبیوتیکهای جنتامایسین و آموکسیسیلین/کلاولونات به روش دیسک دیفیوژن انجام شد. علاوه بر آن تعداد باکتریها در حضور اسانسها در ساعت های 0، 6، 10 و 24 ساعت محاسبه و منحنی رشد باکتریها بر اساس لگاریتم تعداد باکتریها در ساعت رسم شد. یافته ها: مهمترین ترکیبات اسطوخودوس 17- پنتاتری آکونتن (15/42 درصد)، لینالیل استات (82/26 درصد)، اکالیپتول (87/18 درصد)، لینالول (7/5 درصد) و مرزنجوش 3-سیکلوهگزان-1-ال-متیل (84/44 درصد)، آلفا ترپینئول (83/6 درصد) و پی-سایمن (75/6 درصد) بودند. محدوده حداقل غلظت مهاری و حداقل غلظت کشندگی برای اسطوخودوس و مرزنجوش به ترتیب 62/0 -15/0 درصد و 25/1-62/0 درصد و برای آنتی بیوتیک لینکواسپکتینومایسین به ترتیب 31/0-07/0 درصد و 64/0-15/0 درصد بود. هر دو اسانس اسطوخودوس و مرزنجوش بیشترین تأثیر را بر باکتری استافیلوکوکوس آرئوس داشتند و حداقل غلظت مهاری و کشندگی به ترتیب 15/0 درصد و 31/0 درصد بودند. آنتیبیوتیک لینکواسپکتینومایسین نیز بیشترین تأثیر را بر باکتری استافیلوکوکوس آرئوس با حداقل غلظت مهاری 07/0 درصد و حداقل غلظت کشندگی 15/0 درصد داشت. از نظر منحنی رشد، اسانس اسطوخودوس و مرزنجوش باعث کاهش معنیدار تعداد باکتریها در ساعت 24 شدند. اثر ضدباکتریایی هر دو اسانس در دیسک دیفیوژن علیه استافیلوکوک آرئوس با جنتامایسین و آموکسیسیلین/کلاولونات و علیه اشریشیاکلی با جنتامایسین تفاوت معنیداری نداشت ولی در مورد استرپتوکوک آگالاکتیه بطور معنیداری کمتر از آنتیبیوتیکها بود. نتیجه گیری : هر دو اسانس اسطوخودوس و مرزنجوش اثر ضدباکتریایی علیه استافیلوکوکوس آرئوس، استرپتوکوکوس آگالاکتیه و اشریشیاکلی به شکل آزمایشگاهی (In vitro) داشتند و این اثر علیه استافیلوکوک آرئوس با هر دو آنتیبیوتیک و علیه اشریشیاکلی با جنتامایسین تفاوت معنیداری نداشت که نشان دهنده اثر قابل قبول اسانسهاست و مطالعات بالینی برای اثر درمانی در بیماریهای مختلف از جمله ورم پستان توصیه میشود.

تعیین کارایی وعوامل مؤثر برعمربهینه گله در گاوهای شیری با مدل تحلیل پوششی داده ها وبرنامه ریزی پویا
سابقه و هدف: یکی از راه های مطمئن افزایش درآمد و سود، توجه به ماندگاری گاو شیری و افزایش کارایی هر واحد دامپروری است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین کارایی وعوامل مؤثر بر عمر بهینه گله در گاوهای شیری با مدل تحلیل پوششی داده ها و برنامه ریزی پویا در شهرستان اردبیل است. مواد و روش: داده های این تحقیق مربوط به سیکل زمانی 1397 از گاوداری های شهرستان اردبیل بود. که با استفاده از روش تحلیل سیستم، سامانه اقتصادی گله گاو شیری به مولفههای درآمدی و هزینه ای تجزیه شده و هر کدام از این مولفه ها نیز به زیر بخشهای دیگری تقسیم شدند. سپس با بهره گیری از مدل های ریاضی نسبت به شبیه سازی یک مدل زیست اقتصادی اقدام شد و به کمک جعبه ابزار Compecon نرم افزار Matlab بهینه سازی انجام گرفت. دام شیری با متغیرهای حالت شامل دوره شیردهی، ظرفیت تولید شیر و حالات مختلف زمان آبستن شدن توصیف گردید. برای طراحی مدل تحلیل پوششی دادهها چندین نهاده و ستاده در فرایند تولید مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، متغیرهای اصلی مورد استفاده در تحقیق شامل، اندازه گله بر حسب رأس، خوراک و کنسانتره بر حسب کیلوگرم ، نیروی انسانی بر حسب نفر مرد روز ، بهداشت بر حسب دفعات در روز ، تولید شیر و تولید کود دامی برحسب کیلوگرم و مجموع درآمدهای مختلف تعیین گردید. و برای تجزیه و تحلیلهای مربوط به محاسبات کارایی از نرم افزار Deap 2.1 که مبتنی بر حداقل سازی میزان نهاده به ازای هر واحد محصول است استفاده گردید. یافته ها: عمر بهینه گله (از زمان اولین زایش تا زمان حذف) تحت شرایط بهینه تعیین شده برابر 55/4 سال بدست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که کارایی فنی با بازده ثابت نسبت به مقیاس برابر 719/0 و با بازده متغیر نسبت به مقیاس برابر 899/0 میباشد و کارایی مقیاس برابر 788/0 محاسبه شد. مقدار کارایی فنی در حالت کلی 99/0، کارایی تخصیصی 583/0 و کارایی اقتصادی 579/0 محاسبه گردید.نتایج: اثر تغییرات قیمت تلیسه، شیر و نرخ تنزیل بر طول عمر بهینه نشان داد که با افزایش قیمت تلیسه، کاهش قیمت شیر و افزایش نرخ تنزیل درصد حذف کاهش و طول عمر بهینه افزایش می یابد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل پوششی داده ها نشان داد که در شرایط متغیر بودن بازدهی نسبت به مقیاس، افزایش در اندازه گله و هزینه های بهداشتی و کاهش درمقدار علوفه، کنسانتره و هزینه ی نیروی کار، به ترتیب به میزان 18/14، 83/0، 8/2 و5 درصد، منجربه کارا شدن گله های ناکارا با حفظ سطح تولید می شود. لذا برای کارا شدن یک واحد ناکارا باید تغییراتی در نهاده ها و ستاده های آن واحد صورت گیرد با تعیین تفاوت های بین واحد کارا و ناکارا راهبردهای مناسبی برای حذف شکاف بین آنها طراحی می شود.

تعیین ارزش تشخیصی کلسیم در دوره انتقال در پیشگویی عملکرد تولید مثلی گاوهای شیری هلشتاین
سابقه و هدف: عملکرد تولیدمثلی گاوشیری در دوران پس از زایش ارتباط مستقیم با بازگشت رحم به حالت عادی و از سرگیری مجدد چرخه تخمدانی دارد. فاکتورهای بسیاری نظیر تعادل منفی انرژی، بیماریهای متابولیکی و عوامل هورمونی می توانند عملکرد تولیدمثلی را در دوران پس از زایش تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. از دست دادن کلسیم بعد از زایش به دلیل هیپوکلسمی از طریق کاهش مصرف خوراک، تاخیر در بازگشت رحم به حالت عادی و کاهش عرضه مواد مغذی به تخمدان توان بالقوهای در کاهش عملکرد تولیدمثلی گاوهای شیری بعد از زایمان دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی ارتباط بین سطح سرمی کلسیم خون در دوره انتقال با پارامترهای مرتبط با عملکرد تولید مثلی گاو های شیری و تعیین بهترین نقطه برش این متابولیت برای پیشگوئی احتمال آبستنی در اولین تلقیح بعد از زایش انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه بر روی 97 راس گاو شیری نژاد هلشتاین انجام گرفت. 10 روز قبل از زایمان، زمان زایمان، 2-1 روز بعد از زایمان و هفتههای اول، دوم، چهارم و ششم بعد از زایمان نمونه خون گرفته شد. به منظور ارزیابی تفاوت میانگین غلظت کلسیم در گاوهایی با عملکرد تولید مثلی متفاوت، گاوها براساس آبستنی در اولین تلقیح، فاصله زایمان تا اولین تلقیح، فاصله زایمان تا تلقیح منجر به آبستنی و تعداد تلقیح لازم برای آبستنی به ترتیب به دو، دو، سه و دو گروه دستهبندی شدند. به منظور تعیین حد آستانه بحرانی کلسیم در زمانهای مختلف، برای پیشگویی آبستنی در اولین تلقیح، از آنالیز آماری منحنی راک استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد گاوهای آبستن نسبت به گاوهای غیرآبستن با اولین تلقیح از غلظت سرمی کلسیم بالاتری در هفته چهارم برخوردار بودند. با در نظر گرفتن منحنی راک، پارامتر کلسیم در هفته چهارم (04/0=P) برای پیشگوئی احتمال آبستنی در اولین تلقیح مناسب بود. بهترین نقطه برش برای این پارامتر که گاوهای آبستن و غیر آبستن با اولین تلقیح را مشخص می کند، 05/9 میلی گرم در دسی لیتر با حساسیت 1/57 درصد و ویژگی 3/62 درصد بود. همچنین گاوهایی که تا قبل از 80 روزگی پس از زایمان آبستن شدند نسبت به سایر گاوها از غلظت کلسیم بالاتر در 2-1 روز پس از زایمان (03/0=P) برخوردار بودند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد ارتباط معنیداری بین تغییرات غلظت کلسیم با شاخصهای عملکرد تولیدمثلی در دوران پس از زایش وجود دارد. اینطور به نظر میرسد پایش غلظت کلسیم خون در هفته چهارم پس از زایمان یک شاخص مکمل در کنار سایر شاخصهای سنجش عملکرد تولیدمثلی دام جهت ارزیابی امکان آبستنی موفق بعد از زایش می باشد. کلمات کلیدی: کلسیم، دوره پس از زایش، بازدهی تولیدمثلی، گاوشیری

تاثیر تنش حرارتی و محدودیت خوراکدهی در اواخر آبستنی بر قابلیت هضم و رفتار نشخوار در گاوهای شیری هلشتاین
سابقه و هدف: تنش حرارتی یکی از عوامل تنشزای محیطی است که تاثیرات قابل توجهی در صنعت پرورش گاوهای شیری دارد. مکانیسمهای بیولوژیکی که از طریق آن تنش حرارتی بر عمکرد تولیدی دام تاثیر میگذارد تا حد کمی توسط کاهش سطح مصرف خوراک قابل توضیح است اما بیشتر به تغییرات هورمونی، کاهش نشخوار و جذب مواد مغذی و نیز افزایش نیاز نگهداری دام مرتبط است که منجر به کاهش فراهمی مواد مغذی/انرژی برای تولید میشود. این آزمایش جهت بررسی اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم تنش حرارت حاد در اواخر دوره آبستنی بر قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و برخی خصوصیات رفتار نشخوار گاوهای شیری هلشتاین انجام شد.مواد و روشها: برای انجام این آزمایش از تعداد 30 راس گاو هلشتاین در 45 روز انتهایی آبستنی استفاده گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) مصرف اختیاری خوراک و استفاده از سیستم خنک کننده (شاهد)، 2) محدودیت غذایی و استفاده از سیستم خنک کننده، 3) مصرف اختیاری خوراک و عدم استفاده از سیستم خنک کننده. گاوها در تمام تیمارها از جیره یکسانی تغذیه شدند. در طول آزمایش دما و رطوبت نسبی روزانه رکورد برداری شدند. طی روزهای 26 تا 21 قبل از زایمان و نیز در روزهای 10 تا 5 قبل از زایمان آزمایش رفتار مصرف خوراک به صورت ثبت فعالیت برای طول مدت 24 ساعت اندازهگیری شد. قابلیت هضم نمونههای مدفوع و خوراک در روزهای 26 تا 21 قبل از زایمان و نیز در روزهای 10 تا 5 قبل از زایمان اندازهگیری گردید.گاوها در تمام گروهها تا 21 روز قبل از زمان مورد انتظار زایمان با جیره far-off و از روز 22 قبل از زایمان تا روز زایمان با جیره کاملا مخلوط close-up تغذیه شدند.یافتهها: گاوهای تیمار تنش حرارتی و محدودیت غذایی کمترین میزان مصرف خوراک را در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد به خود اختصاص دادند. مدت زمان مصرف خوراک در روز در گاوهای تیمار تنش حرارتی و محدودیت غذایی به طور معنیداری از تیمار شاهد کمتر بود. گاوهای تیمار تنش حرارتی نسبت به تیمار شاهد و تیمار محمدودیت غذایی فعالیت نشخوار کمتری داشتند. مدت زمان استراحت گاوهای تیمار تنش حرارتی به طور معنیداری کمتر از تیمار شاهد بود. همچنین تیمار تنش حرارتی به طور معنیداری سبب کاهش قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و فیبر نامحلول در شوینده خنثی جیره گردید.نتیجه گیری: تنش حرارتی در اواخر دوره آبستنی سبب کاهش مصرف خوراک گردید. همچنین قابلیت هضم جیره به طور منفی تحت تاثیر تنش حرارتی قرار گرفت. با این حال محدودیت غذایی در اواخر دوره آبستنی نسبت به تیمار شاهد تاثیر چندانی بر قابلیت هضم نداشت. علاوه بر این، تنش حرارتی سبب کاهش فعالیت نشخوار و استراحت گاوها گردید.
