کاربرد برخی از مدل های غیر خطی در پیش بینی کینتیک تولید گاز در جیره های مختلف گوسفند با تکیه بر دقت این مدل ها
سابقه و هدف: آزمون تولید گاز به منظور بررسی ارزش غذایی مواد خوراکی در تغذیه دام استفاده میشود. در آزمون تولید گاز، حجم گاز تولید شده در طول زمان انکوباسیون با استفاده از یک مدل غیر خطی برازش میشود و از این طریق برخی فراسنجههای مربوط به تخمیر شکمبهای ماده خوراکی پیشبینی میگردد. در طول سالهای گذشته، محققین تغذیه دام، انواع مدلهای غیر خطی را برای این منظور پیشنهاد نمودهاند. اما گزارش شده است که هر کدام از این مدلها، فراسنجههای تخمیر شکمبهای را با دقت متفاوتی پیشبینی کرده و نتایج متناقضی را ارایه دادهاند. هدف از انجام این آزمایش، مقایسه دقت برخی از مدلهای غیر خطی در پیشبینی کینتیک تولید گاز در جیرههای مختلف بود.مواد و روشها: برای انجام این آزمایش، تعداد 5 جیره غذایی با نسبتهای مختلف علوفه به کنسانتره (30:70، 40:60، 50:50، 60:40 و 70:30) تهیه شدند. مواد خوراکی مورد استفاده برای تهیه این جیرهها، شامل علوفه یونجه، کاه گندم، دانه جو، سبوس گندم و کنجاله سویا بودند. جهت بررسی کینتیک تخمیر شکمبهای جیرههای آزمایشی از آزمون تولید گاز در 3 دوره جداگانه استفاده شد. در هر دوره، مایع شکمبه، قبل از خوراکدهی صبحگاهی از تعداد 3 راس گوسفند نر نژاد مهربان مجهز به فیستولای شکمبهای گرفته شد. سپس، مقدار 200 میلیگرم ماده خشک از هر کدام از جیره های آزمایشی به همراه 30 میلیلیتر مایع شکمبه بافری شده به داخل هر یک از ویالهای شیشهای (در 3 تکرار) منتقل و همه ویال ها درپوش گذاری شدند. ویال های آماده شده (تعداد 3 عدد ویال هم به عنوان بلانک در نظر گرفته شد) در دمای 39 درجه سانتیگراد انکوباسیون شده و حجم گاز تولید شده در زمانهای 2، 4، 6، 8، 10، 12، 16، 20، 24، 36، 48، 72، 96، 120، 144 ساعت پس از انکوباسیون ثبت گردید. نتایج به دست آمده (حجم گاز تولید شده در زمانهای مختلف انکوباسیون) با استفاده از مدل-های اکسپونانشیال، اکسپونانشیال همراه با فاز تأخیر، میچرلینگ، کورکمز-اوکاردس و ویبول برازش شدند. نکویی برازش مدلها با استفاده از آمارههای میانگین مربعات خطا، ضریب تبیین، انحراف مطلق میانگین باقیمانده، میانگین درصد خطا و کارآیی نسبی انجام شد. از آزمون-های دوربین-واتسون و معیار اطلاعات آکائیک نیز بهمنظور انتخاب بهترین مدل استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد مدلها از نظر پیشبینی پتانسیل تولید گاز تفاوت معنیداری با هم نداشتند. مدل اکسپونانشیال دارای بیشترین مقدار میانگین مربعات خطا (74/35)، انحراف مطلق میانگین باقیمانده (67/4)، میانگین درصد خطا (46/4) و کمترین مقدار ضریب تبیین (970/0) بود (05/0p

ارزیابی ژنومی روش ماشین بردار پشتیبانی و روشهای رایج پیشبینی ژنومی در بروز متفاوت فنوتیپ آستانهای مطالعه شبیهسازی
سابقه و هدف: بسیاری از صفات برجسته در دامهای اهلی شامل: مقاومت به بیمارها و سختی زایش مشمول یک توزیع طبقه بندی از فنوتیپ هستند. این صفات به علت اهمیت در آسایش حیوان و گرایشات انسانی به تولیدات با کیفیت بالا و سالم از اهمیت ویژهای در اصلاح دام برخوردار میباشند. بنابراین شناسایی و تشخیص واریانت های ژنتیکی موثر بر صفات آستانهای اعم از مقاومت به بیماری یکی از اهداف اصلی در ژنتیک حیوانی است. در این رأستا گزینش ژنومی میتواند نقش مهمی در افزایش پیشرفت ژنتیکی صفات آستانهای ایفا کند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارزیابی سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد (AUROC) ژنومی روشهای ماشین بردار پشتیبانی (SVM)، GBLUP و بیز لاسو (LASSO) برای نرخ مختلف توزیع فنوتیپ دودویی در جمعیت مرجع بود.مواد و روشها: یک جمعیت پایه 1000 رأسی برای 1000 نسل با استفاده از نرم افزار QMSimشبیهسازی شد. جمعیتهای ژنومی برای سطوح مختلف وراثتپذیری (05/0 و 2/0)، عدم تعادل پیوستگی (221/0 و 435/0) و تعداد متفاوت جایگاه صفات کمی (100 و 1000) بر روی 29 کروموزوم شبیهسازی شدند. جهت ایجاد نسبتهای مختلف فنوتیپ آستانهای دودویی، فنوتیپ افراد جمعیت مرجع وابسته به این که باقیمانده آنها کمتر از میانگین باقیمانده (e ̅ : رویکرد اول)، e ̅〖-1SD〗_e (رویکرد دوم) یا e ̅〖+1SD〗_e باشد کد یک (فنوتیپ نامطلوب) و سایر حیوانات کد صفر (فنوتیپ مطلوب) اختصاص داده شدند. جهت آنالیز دادههای شبیهسازی شده سه مدل آماری شامل: SVM، بیز لاسو و GBLUP به کار گرفته شد.نتایج: بهترین نرخ آستانه جمعیت مرجع هنگامی بود که فنوتیپ نامطلوب این مجموعه نسبتی نزدیک به شرایط واقعی داشت (1〖SD〗_e-e ̅) و منجر به ایجاد بیشترین سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد در روشهای ماشین بردار پشتیبانی، بیز لاسو و GBLUP شد. بیشترین (813/0) و کمترین (521/0) میزان سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد برای روش ماشین بردار پشتیبانی مشاهده شد. به طور کلی وراثت پذیری صفت عاملی مؤثر بر سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد ژنومی روشهای آماری ماشین بردار پشتیبانی، بیز لاسو و GBLUP بود. به طوری که با افزایش وراثت پذیری سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد ژنومی در هر سه روش آماری افزایش یافت. میانگین LDبرای جمعیتهای LLD و HLD در فاصله 05/0 سانتی مورگان به ترتیب 221/0 و 435/0 بود و سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد ناشی از روشهای GBLUP، بیز LASSO و ماشین بردار پشتیبانی با افزایش سطح عدم تعادل پیوستگی افزایش یافت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که سطح بالای LD میان QTLها و نشانگرها، باعث افزایش احتمال نمونهگیری نشانگرهای مجاور در روشهای باز نمونهگیری میشود، که این امر عملکرد مثبت ماشین بردار پشتیبانی را به همراه داشت.با وجود سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد ژنومی بالاتر بیز لاسو و GBLUP در جمعیتهای مختلف، هنگامی که صفات گسسته توسط تعداد زیادی QTL کنترل شدند، روش ماشین بردار پشتیبانی عملکرد بهتری داشت.نتیجهگیری: علیرغم نقش مهم نرخ توزیع فنوتیپ دودویی در جمعیت مرجع، بهترین پیشبینی سطح زیر منحنی مشخصه عملکرد ژنومی صفات گسسته دودویی روش ماشین بردار پشتیبانی به ساختار ژنتیکی جمعیت مورد آنالیز و پارامتر جریمه وابسته بود.

اثر بلوک مکمل حاوی مواد مغذی بر عملکرد تولیدی و تولیدمثلی گوسفند ترکی قشقایی در شرایط عشایری
سابقه و هدف در دامهای چراکننده در مراتع (همانند دام های عشایری) ممکن است کمبود مواد مغذی به ویژه پروتئین قابل تجزیه و غیرقابل تجزیه در شکمبه، ویتامینها و برخی مواد معدنی مثل گوگود و فسفر رخ دهد. به همین دلیل در برخی از نقاط دنیا برای رفع این کمبودها و بهبود ارزش تغذیه ای خوراک مصرفی، از مکملهای مواد مغذی به شکل بلوک مکمل در تغذیه دام استفاده می شود. کاربرد بلوکهای مکمل تغذیهای در سالهای اخیر گسترش زیادی یافته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات بلوک مکمل حاوی اوره، ملاس و مواد معدنی- ویتامینی بر عملکرد تولیدی و تولیدمثلی گوسفند در شرایط عشایری ایل قشقایی در استان فارس طراحی و اجرا شد.مواد و روش ها برای انجام پژوهش، تعداد 75 رأس میش ترکی قشقایی (یک تا چهار شکم زایش) انتخاب شده و سپس در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی بین سه گروه (تیمار) آزمایشی هر یک با 25 رأس میش توزیع شدند. در طول دوره آزمایش، همهی گروهها با علوفه مرتعی به عنوان خوراک اصلی تغذیه شدند. میشها در تیمار شاهد بلوک مکمل دریافت نکردند اما در دو تیمار دیگر، هر رأس میش روزانه 100 (تیمار 100) و یا 150 (تیمار 150) گرم بلوک مکمل در دو مرحله (مرحله اول از 20 روز پیش از قوچ اندازی در گله تا 50 روز پس از آن و مرحله دوم از 30 روز پیش از زایش میشها تا زمان از شیرگیری برهها در سن 90 روزگی) دریافت کرد. بلوک مکمل حاوی ملاس، اوره، سبوس گندم، نمک معمولی، مکمل معدنی- ویتامینی، گچ، سیمان و جوش شیرین بود.یافته ها نتایج نشان داد تغذیه میش ها با بلوک مکمل باعث کاهش معنی دار درصد میش های قسر شد (05/0P

تعیین سطح مناسب استفاده از گیاه دارویی خرفه در جیره و اثر آن بر فعالیت هضمی و تخمیری قارچها یا باکتریهای شکمبه برههای پرواری
چکیدهسابقه و هدف: ایران رویشگاه اصلی بسیاری از گونههای علوفهای و دارویی با ارزش تغذیهای مناسب میباشد. این گونهها در شرایط سخت محیطی نظیر بارندگیهای کم و خشکسالی رشد کرده و میتوانند جایگزین مناسبی برای برخی اقلام علوفهای متداول نظیر علوفه یونجه باشند که اغلب شرایط بسیار مساعدی برای رشد خود نیاز دارند. پژوهش حاضر تعیین سطح مناسب جایگزینی گیاه خرفه در جیره و اثر آن بر فعالیت هضمی و تخمیری جمعیت میکروبی، میکرواگارنیسمهاجدا شده از شکمبه برههای پرواری تغذیه شده با این جیرههای آزمایشی بود. مواد و روش ها: تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد (فاقد مکمل خرفه) و چهار جیره حاوی سطوح 25، 50، 75، 100 درصد خرفه به صورت جایگزین شده با یونجه بودند. از آزمایش تولید گاز برای تعیین سطح مناسب جایگزینی استقاده شد. مقدار گاز تولیدی نمونهها در زمانهای 2، 4، 6، 8، 10، 12، 24، 48، 72 و 96 ساعت پس از انکوباسیون ثبت و فراسنجههای تولید گاز، گوارشپذیری ماده آلی و انرژی متابولیسمی آنها برآورد گردید. قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و ماده آلی در شرایط کشت اختصاصی میکروارگانیسمها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این مرحله جیرههای حاوی (صفر، 25، 50 درصد) گیاه خرفه که از آزمایش تعیین سطح انتخاب گردیده بودند با مایع شکمبه برههای تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی این تیمارها مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. داده های حاصل با طرح کاملا تصادفی آنالیز شدند. یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که سطح 100 درصد خرفه جایگزین شده با یونجه، به طور معنیداری بالاترین مقدار تولید گاز (۸۰/۲۵ میلی لیتر) را نسبت به سایر جیرههای آزمایشی داشت و اختلاف آن با سطوح ۲۵ و ۵۰ درصد معنی دار نبود (05/0P>). بخش قابل تخمیر در تمام سطوح دارای خرفه بالاتر بوده و نسبت به شاهد اختلاف معنیداری داشت (05/0P

بررسی تاثیر باکتریهای تولید کننده و مصرف کننده اسید لاکتیک و ساکارومایسیس سرویسیه بر فراسنجههای تولید گاز، تخمیر شکمبهای و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی در جیره با کنسانتره بالا به روش برون تنی در گوسفند عربی
سابقه و هدف: اسیدوز یکی از اختلالات تغذیهای در نشخوارکنندگان میباشد که به دلیل مصرف مقادیر زیاد کربوهیدراتهای با قابلیت تخمیر بالا و ظرفیت بافری پایین شکمبه در نتیجه مصرف کم فیبر ایجاد میشود. از این رو راهکارهایی از جمله استفاده از افزودنیهای میکروبی به منظور جلوگیری از بروز اسیدوز پیشنهاد شده است. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تاثیر استفاده از سه افزودنی خوراکی میکروبی (باکتریهای تولید کننده و مصرف کننده اسید لاکتیک و مخمر ساکارومایسیس سرویسیه) در جیره با کنسانتره بالا بر فراسنجههای تولید گاز و تخمیر شکمبهای در شرایط برونتنی در گوسفند و با فرض تاثیر مثبت استفاده هم زمان افزودنیها در مقایسه با کاربرد آنها به تنهایی و تیمار کنترل انجام گرفت.مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی تاثیر افزودنیهای میکروبی بر فراسنجههای تولید گاز، تخمیر شکمبهای و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی به روش برونتنی 8 تیمار آزمایشی شامل 1) کنترل (جیره پایه (نسبت کنسانتره به علوفه 70 به 30) بدون افزودنی میکروبی)؛ 2) جیره پایه + مگاسفرا السدنی (Me)؛ 3) جیره پایه + ساکارومایسیس سرویسیه(SC)؛ 4) جیره پایه + لاکتوباسیلوس فرمنتوم+لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم (FP)؛ 5) جیره پایه + مگاسفرا السدنی+ساکارومایسیس سرویسیه (MSC)؛ 6) جیره پایه + مگاسفرا السدنی+لاکتوباسیلوس فرمنتوم+لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم (MFP)؛ 7) جیره پایه + ساکارومایسیس سرویسیه+لاکتوباسیلوس فرمنتوم+لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم (SCFP) و 8) جیره پایه + مگاسفرا السدنی+ساکارومایسیس سرویسیه+لاکتوباسیلوس فرمنتوم+لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم (MSCFP) در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به منظور بررسی اثر بخشی تیمارهای آزمایشی از تکنیک تولید گاز و هضم دو مرحلهای در شرایط آزمایشگاهی استفاده شد. مایع شکمبه مورد نیاز از 3 راس گوسفند نر عربی تغذیه شده با جیره بر پایه علوفه گرفته شد.یافتهها: تحت تاثیر استفاده از افزودنیهای خوراکی میکروبی میزان گاز تولیدی در همه زمانها به طور معنیداری برای تیمار MSCFP افزایش یافت (05/0>P). همچنین کمترین میزان متان تولیدی در تیمار MSC مشاهده شد (05/0>P). استفاده از افزودنیهای خوراکی میکروبی سبب بهبود فراسنجههای تولید گاز شد (قابلیت هضم مادهآلی و انرژی قابل متابولیسم) (05/0>P). همچنین بیشترین میزان پروتئین میکروبی در تیمار MSC مشاهده شد. قابلیت هضم پروتئین خام و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی به طور معنیداری در تیمارهای FP و MSCFP افزایش یافت (05/0>P). بیشترین میزان قابلیت هضم الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی در تیمار SCFP مشاهده شد (05/0>P). غلظت کل اسیدهای چرب فرار به طور معنیداری برای تیمار MSCFP افزایش یافت (05/0>P). بیشترین درصد اسید چرب استات در تیمار کنترل مشاهده شد (05/0>P) و در مقابل استفاده از افزودنیهای خوراکی میکروبی سبب افزایش درصد پروپیونات و بوتیرات به ترتیب در تیمارهای MSC و FP شد (05/0>P). همچنین استفاده از افزودنیهای خوراکی میکروبی سبب کاهش نسبت استات به پروپیونات و همچنین کاهش نسبت استات+بوتیرات به پروپیونات شد (05/0>P). بیشترین غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی در تیمارهای MSCFP و SCFP مشاهده شد (05/0>P). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج مثبت تیمارهای آزمایشی بر تولید گاز، کاهش تولید متان و همچنین قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی، شاید بتوان استفاده از این افزودنیهای میکروبی را در جیره با کنسانتره بالا در بره پرواری توصیه کرد. از این رو این تیمارها FP، SCFP و MSCFP کاندیدای خوبی برای استفاده هستند.

سابقه و هدفافزایش جمعیت دامی منجر به کمبود منابع خوراکی و رقابت بین انسان و دام شده است. این مشکلات باعث افزایش توجه به استفاده از محصولات فرعی کشاورزی در تغذیه دام شده است. اما اکثر ضایعات کشاورزی به دلیل وجود ترکیبات لیگنوسلولزی و متابولیتهای ثانویه ارزش غذایی اندکی دارند. در چنین شرایطی از روشهای مختلف فرآوری و همچنین ترکیبات مختلف آنزیمی برای بهبود ارزش غذایی این محصولات استفاده میشود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین ترکیب شیمیایی محصولات فرعی کشاورزی شامل پوسته سویا حاوی دانه، پوسته سویا فاقد دانه، پوسته نرم پسته و تفاله چغندر قند و بررسی تاثیر یک مخلوط آنزیمی بر فراسنجههای تخمیری این محصولات فرعی در آزمایش تولید گاز است. مواد و روشهادر آزمایشگاه پوسته سویا به دو بخش تقسیم شد و برای تهیه پوسته سویای فاقد دانه از جریان باد در آزمایشگاه استفاده شد. مقدار پروتئین خام، دیواره سلولی، عصاره اتری، لیگنین و ماده آلی مواد خوراکی مورد بررسی با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد اندازهگیری شد. مقدار انرژی قابل متابولیسم، ماده آلی قابل هضم و اسیدهای چرب فرار با استفاده از معادلات مربوطه محاسبه شدند. برای انجام آزمایش تولید گاز 200 میلیگرم از محصولات فرعی مورد مطالعه به همراه یک مخلوط آنزیمی در سرنگهای شیشهای 100 میلی لیتری ریخته و به آن محیط کشت حاوی مایع شکمبه به میزان 30 میلیلیتر اضافه شد و در حمام آب گرم 39 درجه سانتیگراد قرار گرفتند. مخلوط آنزیمی با نام تجاری ناتوزیم به مقدار 05/0 درصد برای تیمار محصولات فرعی استفاده شد. مقدار تولید گاز در طی ساعات 2، 4، 8 ،12، 24، 48، 72، 96 و 120 اندازهگیری شد. نتایج در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی آنالیز شد. یافتههابیشترین مقدار پروتئین خام در پوسته سویای دارای دانه (49/20 درصد ماده خشک) و بیشترین مقدار لیگنین در پوسته نرم پسته (55/8 درصد ماده خشک) مشاهده شد. پوسته نرم پسته و تفاله چغدر قند دارای مقدار کربوهیدراتهای غیر الیافی بالایی در مقایسه با دو نوع پوسته سویای مورد بررسی بودند. آنزیم مورد استفاده بر اساس دز پیشنهادی تأثیری بر مقدار گاز تولیدی در ساعات مختلف، مقدار تولید گاز تجمعی و نرخ تولید گاز نداشت. همچنین آنزیم تأثیری بر مقدار ماده آلی قابل هضم، انرژی متابولیسمی و اسیدهای چرب فرار نداشت.نتیجهگیری پوسته پسته و تفاله چغندر قند مقادیر زیادی کربوهیدرات غیرفیبری دارند و پوسته سویا و تفاله چغندر قند مقادیر اندکی لیگنین دارند. استفاده از آنزیم در دز پبشنهادی تأثیری بر پارامترهای تخمیری، ماده آلی قابل هضم، انرژی متابولیسمی و کل اسیدهای چرب فرار نداشت. کلمات کلیدی: آنزیم، اسید چرب فرار، تولید گاز، محصولات فرعی کشاورزی

مقایسه ترکیبات شیمیایی، خصوصیات تخمیر و ارزش غذایی ارقام مختلف سورگوم علوفه ای سیلو شده به روش آزمون تولید گاز
سابقه و هدف: کاشت گیاهان علوفهای با توان تولید و کیفیت بالا و سازگار با شرایط آب و هوایی ایران به دلیل کمبود علوفه در ایران مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفتهاست. امروزه علاوه بر ارقام بومی متداول، کشت ارقام هیبرید پر محصول سورگوم در ایران رو به افزایش است. سورگوم نه تنها از عملکرد بالائی برخوردار است بلکه با شرایط اقلیمی اکثر مناطق ایران به خصوص مناطق خشک و معتدل سازگاری خوبی دارد. سورگوم از مهم ترین گیاهان علوفهای مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک دنیاست که به علت سازگاری با شرایط گرم و تا حدی شوری خاک و بالا بودن بازده مصرف آب میتواند تولید خوبی داشته باشد. این گیاه قادر است که آب را بهتر دیگر علوف ها جذب کند .هدف از این تحقیق تعیین میزان عملکرد، ترکیبات شیمیایی ، خواص سیلویی ونیزتخمین انرژی متابولیسمی، قابلیت هضم ماده آلی ، قابلیت هضم ماده آلی در ماده خشک و اسیدهای چرب فرار به روش تولید گاز ارقام سورگوم علوفه ای بود.مواد و روش ها: ااین آزمایش به منظور تعیین میزان عملکرد، ترکیبات شیمیایی، خواصسیلویی، تخمین انرژیمتابولیسمی و اسیدهای چرب فرار، قابلیت هضم مادهآلی، قابلیت هضم مادهآلی در ماده خشک ارقام سورگوم علوفهای شامل: ICRISAT520×R166، ICRISAT625×R165، ICRISAT623×R165، ICRISAT632×R165 و speed feed (اسپیدفید) به روش تولیدگاز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تکرار انجام شدهاست. ارقام سورگوم خردشده در قطعات 2 سانتیمتری در سطلهای 10 کیلویی فشرده و ذخیرهگردید. بعد از 45 روز ماده خشک، پروتئینخام، چربیخام، الیاف نامحلول در شویندهاسیدی و خاکسترخام، قندهایمحلول و ازت آمونیاکی مواد سیلویی اندازهگیری شد.یافته ها: :بیشترین عملکرد ماده خشک و پروتئینخام ( کیلوگرم در هکتار) مربوط به سورگوم رقم ICRISAT520 ×R166 و کمترین عملکرد مربوط به سورگوم اسپیدفید بود. نتایج نشانداد که هیبرید های سیلوشده در این آزمایش از نظر درصد ماده خشک، مادهآلی، پروتئین خام، چربیخام، خاکسترخام، الیافنامحلول در شویندهاسیدی، قندهایمحلول و ازتآمونیاکی اختلاف معنیداری باهم دارند. رقم ICRISAT625×165 دارای بیشترین مقدار گازتجمعی، انرژی متابولیسمی، قندمحلول، اسیدهای چرب فرار و چربیخام بود. اما رقمهای ICRISAT520 ×R166و ICRISAT632×R165 دارای مقادیر کمتری بودند. اختلاف بین ارقام سورگوم از نظر تخمین میزان قابلیت هضم مادهآلیو قابلیتهضم مادهآلی در مادهخشک با استفاده از میزان گاز تولیدی معنیدار نبود.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، رقم ICRISAT520×R166 از نقطه نظر تولید ماده خشک (18487 کیلوگرم در هکتار) وتولید پروتئین (1400 کیلوگرم در هکتار) قابل توصیه برای کشت در استان گلستان میباشد ، اما رقم ICRISAT625 ×R165 به دلیل مقدار انرژی قابلمتابولیسم و مادهآلی قابل هضم بیشتر نسبت به بقیه ارقام ارجحیت دارد .

ناهمگنی مؤلفه های واریانس رکوردهای روزآزمون تولید شیر و تأثیر آن بر پارامترهای ژنتیکی و ارزش اصلاحی گاوهای هلشتاین ایران
سابقه و هدف: یک جزء مهم در طراحی برنامه های اصلاح نژادی برآورد صحیح ارزش های اصلاحی می باشد. در بسیاری از کشورها معمولاً تصمیمات انتخاب در اصلاح نژاد حیوانات براساس ارزش های اصلاحی حاصل از روش بهترین پیش بینی نااریب خطی (BLUP) انجام می شود. کاربردهای اولیه مدل های مختلط خطی و روشBLUP برای ارزیابی ژنتیکی گاو شیری با فرض همگن بودن مؤلفه های واریانس همراه بوده است. اما مطالعات مختلفی نشان داده اند که برای تولید شیر واریانس های ژنتیکی و باقیمانده بین گله ها و سطوح مختلف تولیدی ثابت نیستند. مشکل واریانس های ناهمگن در ارزیابی گاو شیری این است که حیوانات با میانگین تولید بالا ممکن است در گله های متغیرتر بالاتر از حد ارزیابی شوند و نسبت به حالتی که واریانس ها همگن هستند نسبت زیادتری از حیوانات از این گله ها انتخاب شوند. سطح تولید گله، اعمال مدیریتی و تغذیه ای و استراتژی های اصلاح نژادی از عوامل ناهمگنی واریانس ها هستند. وقتی که ناهمگنی وریانس به درستی محاسبه نشود، تفاوت ها در مؤلفه های واریانس می تواند منجر به برآوردهای اریب ارزش های اصلاحی، رتبه بندی نادرست گاوهای نر و ماده ممتاز و کاهش پیشرفت ژنتیکی شود. در ارزیابی گاو شیری، یک روش ساده برای کاهش ناهمگنی واریانس، پیش از برازش مدل حیوانی، پیش تصحیح داده ها بر اساس واریانس فنوتیپی است. اهداف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ناهمگنی مؤلفه های واریانس رکوردهای روزآزمون تولید شیر و همچنین تأثیر روش پیش تصحیح داده ها بر پارامترهای ژنتیکی، ارزش های اصلاحی و رتبه بندی گاوهای نر و ماده برتر در جمعیت گاوهای هلشتاین ایران بودند.مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق، ناهمگنی مؤلفه های واریانس صفت تولید شیر با استفاده از 1843985 رکورد روزآزمون شیر گاوهای هلشتاین شکم زایش اول بررسی شد. بدین منظور از رکوردهای مربوط به 301197 رأس گاو شیری متعلق به 983 گله مختلف که طی سال های 1365 تا 1395 توسط مرکز اصلاح نژاد و بهبود تولیدات دامی کشور جمع آوری شده بود، استفاده گردید. داده ها براساس میانگین سطوح مختلف تولید گله-سال به سه گروه بالا، متوسط و پائین دسته بندی شدند. ناهمگنی واریانس ها با استفاده از آزمون لون بررسی شد. برای تصحیح ناهمگنی واریانس ها از روش پیش تصحیح داده ها استفاده شد. مؤلفه های واریانس، همبستگی های ژنتیکی، وراثت پذیری ها و همچنین ارزش های اصلاحی با استفاده از برنامه ASreml و تحت مدل حیوانی برآورد شدند. همبستگی های رتبه ای و تغییر رتبه حیوانات نر و ماده ممتاز قبل و بعد از پیش تصحیح داده ها بررسی شد.یافته ها: نتایج آزمون لون برای رکوردهای روزآزمون تولید شیر معنی دار (0.001>p) بود که نشان دهنده ناهمگن بودن واریانس ها است. پیش تصحیح داده ها منجر به واریانس های همگن نشد اما مقدار ناهمگنی واریانس را تا 25 درصد کاهش داد. بکارگیری روش تصحیح باعث شد وراثت پذیری ها اندکی بالاتر باشند به طوریکه برآوردهای وراثت پذیری کل قبل و بعد از تصحیح ناهمگنی واریانس ها به ترتیب 0.007±0.319 و 0.009±0.351 بودند. تصحیح داده ها تاثیر قابل توجهی بر 1 درصد حیوانات ممتاز داشت و باعث شد به ترتیب 14 و 20 درصد گاوهای نر و ماده ممتاز در مقایسه با سناریوی واریانس همگن از لیست انتخاب خارج شوند. تفاوت قابل ملاحظه ای در تغییر رتبه حیوانات برتر اتفاق افتاد و بهترین گاوهای نر و ماده، به ترتیب رتبه های 8 و 23 را پس از تصحیح ناهمگنی واریانس داشتند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان دادند که مؤلفه های واریانس رکوردهای روزآزمون شیر در جمعیت گاوهای هلشتاین ایران بر اساس سطوح مختلف تولید گله-سال همگن هستند و ناهمگنی واریانس ممکن است ارزیابی ژنتیکی و تغییر رتبه گاوهای نر و ماده ممتاز را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.
