Sixteen newborn male Holstein calves were assigned to four treatment groups and received the treatments for 48 days in a completely randomized design. Treatments were included as 1) colostrum and milk without any additive (control), 2) colostrum and milk with 2.5 g probiotic/day (the recommended level), 3) colostrum and milk with 5 g probiotic/day, and 4) colostrum and milk with synbiotic (2.5 g probiotic + 25 g prebiotic/day). Feeding the colostrum was performed immediately after the birth and then three times a day. Blood samples were collected on days 0, 1, 8, 16 and 48. Results showed that serum immunoglobulin G concentrations were significantly greater in groups received probiotic than control and synbiotic groups (P<0.05), where the greatest was observed in 2.5g probiotic group. There were no significant differences among groups in serum total protein concentrations. The starter intake in control group was significantly greater than other groups (P<0.05). Liveweight of calves at the end of the study was significantly increased in probiotic group than synbiotic group (P<0.05). Feed conversion ratio was improved by adding probiotic to colostrum and milk when compared to control and synbiotic groups (P<0.05). The use of probiotic or synbiotic significantly improved the fecal score (P<0.05), but no significant differences were observed in the health score among groups. In conclusion, probiotic addition is an effective tool to increase immunoglobulin’s uptake from colostrum into calf and also improve growth performance. Therefore, the recommended level of 2.5% probiotic is confirmed to achieve the beneficial effects.}, keywords = {Calf,Colostrum,Immunoglobulins,Probiotic,Synbiotic}, title_fa = {استفاده از پروبیوتیک یا سینبیوتیک در آغوز و شیر و تاثیر آن بر میزان انتقال غیرفعال ایمیونوگلوبولین‌ها و شاخص‌های عملکرد و سلامت گوساله}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق اثر افزودن پروبیوتیک و سینبیوتیک به آغوز و شیر بر انتقال غیرفعال ایمیونوگلوبین‌ها به گوساله و شاخص‌های عملکرد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شانزده راس گوساله نر هلشتاین تازه متولد شده در چهار گروه تیماری در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی به مدت 48 روز استفاده گردید. تیمارها شامل 1) آغوز و شیر بدون افزودنی (شاهد)، 2) آغوز و شیر با افزودن 5/2 گرم پروبیوتیک روزانه (سطح توصیه شده)، 3) آغوز و شیر با افزودن 5 گرم پروبیوتیک روزانه و 4) آغوز و شیر با افزودن سینبیوتیک (5/2 گرم پروبیوتیک و 25 گرم پری‌بیوتیک روزانه) بود. آغوزدهی بلافاصله بعد از تولد و سه بار در روز انجام گرفت. خونگیری در روز‌های صفر، 1، 8، 16 و 48 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت ایمیونوگلوبولینG خون در تیمارهای پروبیوتیک بطور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد و سینبیوتیک بود (001/0P<) که بالاترین سطح در گروه 5/2 گرم پروبیوتیک دیده شد. تفاوت معنی‌داری بین تیمارها در غلظت پروتئین تام خون مشاهده نشد. مصرف خوراک آغازین در گروه شاهد نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر بود. استفاده از پروبیوتیک باعث افزایش معنی‌دار در افزایش وزن گوساله‌ها دوره شد (05/0P<). ضریب تبدیل غذایی با افزودن پروبیوتیک نسبت به گروه‌های شاهد و سینبیوتیک به طور معنی‌داری بهبود یافت (05/0P<). تیمارهای آزمایشی تاثیر معنی‌داری بر نمره مدفوع و نمره سلامتی نداشتند. در مجموع، افزودن پروبیوتیک به تنهایی به آغوز و شیر به عنوان روشی موثر برای افزایش جذب ایمیونوگلوبولین‌ها و عملکرد گوساله بوده و سطح توصیه شده برای دستیابی به آن کافی است.}, keywords_fa = {"آغوز","پروبیوتیک","سینبیوتیک","ایمیونوگلوبولین‌ها","گوساله}, url = {https://ejrr.gau.ac.ir/article_1540.html}, eprint = {https://ejrr.gau.ac.ir/article_1540_e643779c2995271f85186d036e52cca6.pdf} }
